The Worldchamp factory is located at Runhao Industrial Park, Zhongkai High-tech Zone, Huizhou, Guangdong, China — a 12,000 m² fully integrated production facility established in 1997 and expanded continuously to meet growing global export demand.
The facility operates fully automated production lines for blowing film, cutting, forming, and bagging — covering all five manufacturing stages in-house without outsourcing. Current rated capacity is 350 tonnes per month (20 tonnes per day), with a workforce of 150 full-time employees supported by 400+ specialist processors.
The factory includes a Class 100,000 (ISO 8) clean workshop — a controlled environment verified by third-party testing — enabling supply to buyers with elevated contamination-control requirements in food processing, laboratory, and medical-adjacent sectors.
