Product Forms and Material Options

PE aprons are manufactured in flat-pack or roll-pack format, in thickness range 0.014–0.025 mm, with tie-back strings or neck loop fastening. Standard dimensions are 70 × 120 cm and 80 × 130 cm; custom sizes supported from USD 3,000 MOQ.

PE capes for salon use are produced in a larger coverage format — typically 120 × 150 cm — with neck snap or tie-back closure. Both products use food-grade LDPE or HDPE polyethylene. Private label printing in up to 4 colors is available on the apron bib or cape outer surface. Pre-production samples are dispatched in approximately 7 days; bulk production in 20–30 days from deposit.
