What makes POE gloves different from standard PE or nitrile gloves?
POE (polyolefin elastomer) is a proprietary compound formulated by Worldchamp R&D, pioneered in 2024. Unlike standard blown-film HDPE or LDPE, the POE compound delivers sub-nitrile stretch recovery — it returns to shape after stretching instead of deforming. Compared to nitrile, POE is latex-free and costs significantly less per unit. For buyers moving away from nitrile or seeking a premium PE upgrade, POE closes the elasticity gap without the nitrile cost structure.
Are POE gloves certified for food contact use?
Yes. POE gloves are produced in our BRCGS Consumer Products certified facility (Certificate No. CN-BRCCP-251634) and under ISO 9001 (Certificate No. 77067/A/0001/UK/En), both covering the full production process. For buyers requiring specific migration test results for their target market (US, EU, or Asia Pacific), please contact us — documentation availability depends on the specific SKU and market framework.
Can I get a compound specification sheet for the POE material?
Yes. Worldchamp holds the proprietary formulation rights for the POE compound developed in 2024. A compound specification sheet is available on sample request. Details include elasticity range, thickness parameters, chemical composition summary, and compliance scope. Contact us to request a sample alongside the spec documentation.
What is the minimum order quantity and how do samples work?
OEM minimum order is USD 3,000 per SKU. Free pre-production samples with compliance documentation are dispatched in approximately 7 days. You confirm compound performance, thickness, and packaging before placing a bulk order. Bulk production lead time is 20–30 days from deposit receipt. 30% deposit to start production; 70% balance against copy of bill of lading.
When are POE gloves NOT the right choice?
POE gloves, despite their sub-nitrile elasticity, are not suitable for: (1) certified medical examination or Class II/III device applications — POE does not currently carry a medical device registration; (2) tasks requiring validated chemical resistance to concentrated solvents or strong acids — POE is a polyolefin compound without the chemical resistance profile of nitrile or neoprene; (3) buyers who require an established third-party performance benchmark to show end-customers (POE is a 2024 proprietary compound — compound spec sheet is available, but it does not yet have the decades of field data that nitrile carries). For buyers whose end-customers specifically require nitrile by name, POE is not a direct drop-in without end-customer alignment.
